Registration Policy & Conditions
Registrations received by Little Big Events Co. (LBEC) will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed.
Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the conference and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Any early bird registrations will be charged the full registration rate if payment or a PO number is not received by Little Big Events Co. before 24 July 2026.
Any new registrations received after 31 July 2026 will be charged in full and only payment by credit card will be accepted.
Registration discounts will only be valid until 31 July 2026.
The Organising Committee and Little Big Events Co. reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Meeting.
Registration & Function Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to LBEC - Conference@LBEvents.co
A refund, less administration fee of $65 will be made on registration cancellations received up to 24 July 2026.
A refund of 50% of fees paid will be made on registration or function cancellations received between 25 July and 31 July 2026.
No refund will be made on any registration or function cancellation received after 31 July 2026 except at the discretion of the organising committee.
Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise LBEC of any name changes by 5 August 2026.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy (for accommodation booked through Little Big Events Co. only)
Accommodation cancelled up to and including 29 May 2026 will receive a full refund.
Accommodation cancelled from 29 May to 26 June 2026 will be charged a one night cancellation fee.
Accommodation cancelled from 26 June to 3 July 2026 will be charged a two night cancellation fee. In cases where only one night has been booked you will be charged a one night cancellation fee.
Any cancellations received after 3 July 2026 onwards will not be eligible for a refund.
Any accommodation bookings made after 3 July 2026 will need to be paid in full prior to confirmation.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
Force Majeure
In the event that the conference is cancelled by the Organising Committee or LBEC or by any reason or any factor outside the control of the Organising Committee or LBEC, the conference cannot take place; 50% of the amount of the Registration Fee shall be refunded.
In the event that the conference is postponed by the Organising Committee or LBEC or by any reason or any factor outside the control of the Organising Committee or LBEC, the conference cannot take place; 50% of the amount of the Registration Fee shall be refunded if the delegate cannot attend the new conference dates.
The liability of the Organising Committee and LBEC shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, the Organising Committee nor LBEC shall not be liable to refund any travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance.
Liability
The Organising Committee nor LBEC cannot accept any liability for death, injury, any financial or other losses, incurred by any person (including delegates, accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers) in the course of the conference. Nor will they take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities.
The Organising Committee nor LBEC cannot accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can the Organising Committee or LBEC accept liability for losses suffered by reason of war including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, pandemics, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the Conference, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the Conference, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the Conference.
