IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOU PROCEED: 
- For an abstract to be accepted, you MUST be registered for QRW 2025 in Christchurch with full payment of the registration or a PO. number received by Little Big Events Co. by 21 July 2025 (please note early bird deadline is 18 July 2025).

- The Convenor of the meeting you are submitting to will let you know if your abstract has been accepted and in which format (oral or poster) before Friday 18 July.  If you have not heard from the Convenor by Monday 14 July, please contact them directly to check your status. Email addresses for the Convenors can be found on the QRW 2025 website on the applicable meeting page.
